Patient Focus Group

smiling_patientHow did we do today?

Are you happy with the services we provide? Want to know more?

Do you want to have your say and be involved in developing and improving our patient services? Then why not come and join our Patient Focus Group.

Making Contact

If you would like to attend please speak to one of the management team who will only be too pleased to have you on board and answer any queries you may have. If you are unable to attend the meetings but would still like to be involved please join our virtual group and keep in touch via e-mail.

The main purpose of the group is:

  • To foster and develop a unique relationship between the surgery and the Patient Focus Group, in order to gain a better understanding of the needs and the requirements of our practice population both clinically and administratively.
  • To ensure the practice recognise and act upon any short-comings that exist within the practice.
  • To actively involve patients in the decision making process, which will lead to changes and improvements within the practice.
  • To ensure the wider practice population is kept informed of the group's meeting and any action undertaken.
